Refund Policy

Subscriptions to VertiVerseHub are billed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record).
1. General rule
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current paid period and won't be charged again.
2. Free trial
If a free trial is offered, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid period begins, the general rule applies.
3. Statutory rights (we honor these)
- EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by starting to use digital content immediately you may consent to begin before that period ends and waive the right, to the extent permitted.
- Quebec, other Canadian, and Australian consumers keep any non-waivable refund/cancellation rights under local consumer law.
4. How to request
For refunds required by law or billing errors, contact support@vertiversehub.com or manage the subscription via Paddle. Refunds go to the original payment method.
