Submission Agreement

This Submission Agreement (the "Agreement") governs any story idea, plot, concept, scene, character, cast suggestion, or other creative material you submit to VertiVerseHub ("VVH", "we", "us"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Polina Nikolaeva (ID No. 302195167), Chitaia Street N 12, floor 2, apartment 29, Chughureti district, Tbilisi, Georgia, at https://vertiversehub.com (each, a "Submission"). It supplements our Terms of Service. You must be 18 or older to make a Submission. By ticking the consent box and submitting, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License you grant to VVH

You grant VVH a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly perform and display, create derivative works from, and distribute your Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose connected with VVH's business.

This expressly includes the right to sell, license, assign, option, or otherwise transfer your Submission and any rights in it to third parties — including film/TV studios, producers, and other partners — on both a free and a paid basis, without any further notice to, approval from, or payment to you.

2. No compensation

Submissions are made voluntarily and gratuitously. You are not entitled to any payment, royalty, fee, revenue share, credit, or attribution for your Submission or for any use, sale, or transfer of it, unless VVH agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by VVH.

3. Submissions are not confidential

Your Submission is non-confidential and non-proprietary. No confidential or fiduciary relationship is created. VVH and third parties may already be considering, developing, or receiving ideas similar or identical to your Submission, and may develop or acquire such ideas independently. You waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim that VVH or its partners misappropriated, took, or owe you for any idea, concept, or Submission.

4. Ideas versus expression

You acknowledge that ideas, concepts, themes, and plot premises are generally not protected by copyright or other intellectual-property law, and that VVH makes no representation that any Submission is protectable or will be used.

5. Your warranties

  • You are the sole author of the Submission and are 18 or older.
  • You own or control all rights needed to grant the license in Section 1.
  • The Submission is original to you and does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, or other right of any third party, and is not defamatory or unlawful.
  • The Submission contains no third-party confidential information.

6. Moral rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive, and agree not to assert, any moral rights or similar rights in your Submission against VVH, its successors, and its licensees.

7. VVH's discretion

VVH is under no obligation to use, publish, retain, or exploit any Submission, and may modify, refuse, remove, or delete any Submission at its sole discretion.

8. Record of consent

We record the date and version of this Agreement you accepted when you made each Submission, as proof of your consent.

9. Relationship to the Terms; governing law

This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service; if there is a conflict regarding Submissions, this Agreement controls. It is governed by the laws applicable to VVH as stated in the Terms of Service, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
